Your radius

A radius around your postcode, with everything the register knows

Pick 1, 2 or 5 kilometres around your postcode. You see every licensed daycare, after-school location and childminder, sorted by straight-line distance.

Licensed places are the maximum on the permit. The childcare location decides whether a day is free. We never promise one.

How the email works

Built on the register the health service and the city use too

Wachtlicht adds nothing and leaves nothing out. Every location links to its inspection report in the national childcare register.

“I wanted to hear when a new location opens nearby, without opening the register myself every week.”

How it works

Built for parents who wait

Wachtlicht was made by parents who sat on five waiting lists and never heard when something changed. Three things, nothing more.
